  Not enough tellers! The floor personnel are very slow; not sure if they are unfamiliar with the roles they play in customer service or if it's just a lack of urgency. Retraining desperately needed.

  So I go in today to transfer money from my bank to my cousins bank at chase. A heavyset black lady with low cut hair was who assisted me...I recently got a new temporarycard with Wells and proceeded to use it to do the transfer, she took the card,&my id&it seemed as though she was going to doit....the moron turns around and is like"i can't doit.its a temporary card", no apologies, nothing....then y take my information then??? Idiot!!!! Then I'm walking out&shes like"you don't want the withdrawal slip"...........WHAT THE HELL IM GOING TO DO WITH A WITHDRAWAL SLIP IF U CANT HELP ME??????? I swear these tellers are slow....

  I spent almost an hour waiting to get a printout of my statement for last year and to tell me that it cost 6 dollars per paper... This is ridiculous. I don't recommend this area to anyone... Or hope to see it better managed

  Everytime I go to this branch it takes forever and not like a normal bank and it's the same when I call it has been a time where ive gone and the two employees that were there just sat and watched as customers piled up into the waiting area I was there for more than 45 mins
